Allowing 1-1.5 hours nearly every day from when they collected mum to the funeral day to allow us to visit mum in there quaint and peaceful chapel (of which the makeup on mum was stunning! Everyone commented similarly).5. We requested family members carry the coffin on the day itself.6. We requested an ‘upbeat’ tune on the car journey to the crematorium and shout out to Bailey for letting us sing mums favourite song ‘Build me up buttercup’.7. Collecting mums ashes in out of office hours.8. Arranging the witnessing of the charge after the service.Everyone on the day echoed what the family already knew- how fantastic the team and day was.
